Set in the beautiful countryside of West Northumberland close to the river North Tyne and Hadrians' Wall, The Photographers' Garden extends the working space of Garret Studio into a Victorian Walled Garden overlooking traditional pastures, and offering a lovely backdrop for workshops, tuition and portraiture.
Portraiture in the Garden
Our photographic portraits take advantage of the natural colours and changing light in the garden. The seasonal changes of flowers, trees, blossom and rustic backgrounds make it the prefect photographic setting for couples, individuals or families, pre-wedding photo shoots or your wedding day photography.
Workshops
Usually a full day (10am - 3.30pm), a workshops are always in small numbers of people of varied experience and photographic interests.
Tuition
One-to-one tuition is offered in the studio and gardens. Coaching is tailored to your individual skills and interests to help you develop as a photographer and enjoy using you camera and software.
